Willard Fredrick Rasmussen was born Aug 6, 1883 in Monpelier, Idaho to Mads Peter Rasmussen and Anna Maria (Mary) Petersen Ahlgren.
When Willard and his twin sister, Elizabeth Fredricka, were only one month old, there father moved his families to the Uintah Basin - Vernal, Utah.
Willard married Inez Harrison on Oct 2, 1918 after serving a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the North Central Mission.
Willard & Inez are the parents of five children: Mary, Garth Bernard, Paul Melvin, Earl Gordon, and Edna.
Willard died Sep 7, 1963 in a nursing home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Inez died Aug 23, 1967, also in Salt Lake City. They are both buried in the Vernal Cemetery.
